How soon can I move in?

If there is storage space available that meets your specific needs, you can move in anytime during business hours once a contract is signed.

How much notice do I need before I move out?

We rent on a month-to-month basis and require 30 days notice before you plan to move out.

What is required at move in?

We require a valid government issued identification (example: drivers license, passport, state ID), mailing address, phone number. There is also a contract to sign that goes over the lease terms.

How much do I have to pay at move in?

If you move in before the 15th, a prorated amount for the current month and one-time administrative set-up fee is due on move in.

 

If you move in on or after the 15th of the month, you pay a pro-rated fee for the first month, one full month of rental charges for the following month, and the one-time administrative set up fee.

When is my monthly payment due?

The 1st of every month.

How can I make my payments?

Payments are made on-line through our website under the “Pay Rent” button on the home page.  We offer auto payments in which your payment will be automatically deducted from the account of your choosing.

Are there any restrictions on what I can't store?

Liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials, hazardous substance, pet food, and perishables. We’re happy to answer any questions you have about an item you aren’t sure about.

How and when will I have access to my storage unit?

The gate hours are 6am to 9pm 7 days a week.

Do you offer climate controlled units?

No, unfortunately we do not offer climate controlled units.

Do you have vehicle/boat/RV storage?
